NEW! In 2026, we are offering “zone preferences.” If you would like to select your zone, make your payment by Wednesday, March 11th at 5pm. Preferences will be given based on the number of markets selected (i.e. 7 market vendors will be given 1st preference, then 5 market vendors, then 3 market vendors). See application for more details.

In 2026, no cash will be accepted onsite and all payments must be made via credit card through a secure site.
Payments must be made by Friday, April 24th at 5pm to secure a spot.
For each market, we are seeking one Corporate Community Sponsor of the Week and one Kids Corner Sponsor of the Week. Benefits of Sponsoring include engagement with ~1,000 patrons and NBM social media and newsletter marketing engagement! Please see the application for more details.

NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION APPLICATION
Each week we have one spot available for a non-profit organization (for free)! We are looking for NPOs who will add value to our community, and who are willing to provide some sort of activity for our patrons. Please see the application for more details.

By participating in our markets, you agree to follow our market rules. For our farmers market vendors, liability insurance is required.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and no shows greatly impact our market. We design each market based on the vendors who are participating and update to make the market feel welcoming and fun. If you cancel within 48 hours of the market via email or do not show to the market, you will be charged $50. Emails must be sent by 9:00 am on Thursday before the market.
Weather Delay Policy: In case of inclement weather 7am-9am, we will delay the market 2 hours. If weather continues, we will cancel the market.
Insurance: Vendors are required to have insurance per the City’s Farmers Market rules. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
