2. City of Chicago License Number
3. State of Illinois Liquor License Number

Hot food is categorized as:
– Prepare and sell food items for on-site consumption. Items require hot or cold holding.
– Business offering samples of any consumable item.
– Typically have a heat source on-site, such as a grill.
NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION APPLICATION

Each winter market week we have FREE spots available for a non-profit organizations such as schools or sports teams! We are looking for NPOs who will add value to our community, and who are willing to provide some sort of activity for our patrons. Please see the application for more details.

GENERAL INFORMATION
In 2026, no cash will be accepted onsite and all payments must be made via credit card through a secure site.
By participating in our markets, you agree to follow our market rules. For our farmers market vendors, liability insurance is required.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and no shows greatly impact our market. We design each market based on the vendors who are participating and update to make the market feel welcoming and fun. If you cancel within 48 hours of the market via email or do not show to the market, you will be charged $50. Emails must be sent by 9:00 am on Thursday before the market.
Weather Delay Policy: In case of inclement weather 1-3pm, we will delay the market 2 hours. If weather continues, we will cancel the market.
Insurance: Vendors are required to have insurance per the City’s Farmers Market rules. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
